Training as a bricklayer (m/f/d)

As a bricklayer (m/f/d) you are involved in new construction, renovation or modernization of buildings: you build foundations, external and internal walls or ceilings or concrete them - you are familiar with the materials, prepare the substrates and install them Prefabricated parts. Qualities you should have:

This is what the training consists of:

• Duration of training: 3 years
• Start of training: in individual coordination on August 1st or September 1st - individual start is also possible
• Midterm exam: in the middle of the second year of training, gives you orientation on your level of learning
• Final exam At the end of the training there is a final / journeyman examination in theory and practice

  • in the training center
  • Bus transfer service from accommodation to the training center
  • Practical training on site or on our construction sites
  • We take care of the accommodation (we organize it and cover the costs)

Your tasks:

As a bricklayer (m/f/d) you create foundations, external and internal walls and floor ceilings in shells and buildings.

• Prepare: Before you can start your work, you prepare everything on the construction site - this includes setting up construction fences and barriers as well as ordering materials and planning the process.
• Produce: According to the construction plan and specifications, you create masonry from stones and mortar or glue. You continually check the alignment and take corrective action with a bricklayer's hammer or other tools.
• Assemble: You will assemble and install prefabricated components or formwork, and you will take into account recesses for windows or doors.
• Cover: Insulation and insulation – you provide the finished walls with the necessary protection and plaster them.

If you want to go further professionally, you can acquire a master's certificate (Bachelor Professional) from us and work as a master craftsman in the bricklaying and concrete construction trades as a foreman foreman.
